Shipping conditions
For Spain and Portugal:
– Orders of €76 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €50 to €75.99: €4.90
– Orders under €50: €5.50
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded from our shipping area. Shipments to Portugal are limited to the mainland.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands are subject to special conditions, detailed below.
For France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Denmark:
– Orders of €100 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €50 to €99.99: €5.50
– Orders under €50: €9.90
Shipments to France are limited to mainland France and Corsica, excluding the other islands.
Shipments to Corsica and Sardinia are subject to special conditions, detailed below.
For Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic:
– Orders of €250 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €100 to €249.99: €5.50
– Orders under €100: €10.90
For the Balearic Islands (Spain), Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania:
– Orders of €250 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €100 to €249.99: €12.90
– Orders under €100: €23.50
For Finland and Sweden:
– Orders of €250 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €100 to €249.99: €12.90
– Orders under €100: €23.50
For these destinations, delivery is made exclusively to a GLS Parcel Shop pickup point. You can select the pickup point closest to your address or another one of your choice and collect your order there. You will receive detailed information during the checkout process.
For Ireland, Corsica (France), Sardinia (Italy), Greece and Malta:
– Orders of €250 or more: Free shipping
– Orders from €100 to €249.99: €19.90
– Orders under €100: €29.90
ORDER DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and begin from the date the order is dispatched.
– Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
– Balearic Islands and the other European countries we ship to: 3 to 5 business days, except Finland and Sweden.
– Finland and Sweden: 5 to 8 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 h on business days will be dispatched that same day. Orders received after 12:00 h will be dispatched on the next business day, adding one business day to the estimated delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
JANÉ does not guarantee compliance with the stated delivery times in cases of force majeure, acts or omissions by third parties, or when the delivery address provided by the user during checkout is incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect.
DISCOUNTS AND SHIPPING COSTS
If a promotional code is applied, shipping costs will be calculated on the final order amount after the discount has been applied. If that amount is below the minimum required for free shipping in the destination country, the applicable shipping rate will be charged.
