What certifications does this product need to pass? Is it safe?
Jané guarantees the highest level of safety. In addition to conducting multiple tests at the Jané laboratory, the model complies with the EU's most up-to-date legal framework: the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) to prevent interference, and the RoHS Directive, which guarantees that it is free from restricted hazardous substances.
How does the motorized camera work?
The camera features automatic pan and tilt functions that can be controlled from the monitoring monitor, providing a complete panoramic view of the room.
Is the image quality and night vision good?
Yes, it features a 5-inch high-definition (HD) colour screen that provides a sharp image. It has automatic infrared night vision that activates on its own in low light, ensuring a clear view of the baby even in complete darkness.
Does the baby monitor emit waves constantly?
The camera needs to be monitoring at all times so you don't lose sight of the baby. The monitor, on the other hand, uses Sleep Technology (VOX mode), which keeps the device in standby with reduced power consumption: it only activates automatically (and transmits) when it detects sound or crying in the baby's room. This saves energy and minimizes exposure to waves.
