Is the ink toxic to my baby?
No, the printing system is designed to keep your baby's skin from coming into direct contact with the ink. That way, you can capture your baby's handprint or footprint cleanly and safely, without any smudges.
Can I redo the print if it doesn’t turn out as expected?
Yes! If the first print doesn’t turn out as you expected, you can repeat the process using another of the supplied sheets.
How can I get my baby's footprint to come out clearly the first time?
We recommend keeping your baby's hand or foot still for about 5 seconds and pressing gently to get a clear print.
Can I use the same ink paper several times?
Yes, you can make several impressions, although please note that with each use, the ink becomes less intense and the prints gradually become lighter
Can I buy more paper to make new prints?
Yes, you can purchase replacement parts known as Ink Pads, a fairly common product that you can easily find online or at specialty stationery stores. We recommend checking that they’re compatible with the contactless printing system.
What can I do if I run out of the cardstock included with the product?
You can use a standard sheet of cardstock and cut it to the right measurement, using one of the original sheets included with the product as a guide.
